Michelle Vuong is a doctoral researcher at the Institute for Romance Languages and Literatures at Goethe University Frankfurt. She is also a doctoral researcher at the Collaborative Research Center 1252 "Prominence in Language" at the University of Cologne. Ms Vuong completed her Master's degree in Multilingualism at the University of Konstanz in 2025. There she investigated social priming in accent perception of heritage speakers of Cantonese in Germany. Michelle Vuong is now part of project C03 "Reference management in bilingual narratives", investigating reference resolution and code-switching of bilingual children.

Doctoral researcher, supervised by Prof. Dr. Jacopo Torregrossa (Goethe University Frankfurt) and Prof. Dr. Christiane Bongartz (University of Cologne).
